About Kevin
Kevin is an expert in real estate investing and creative real estate financing. Having participated in thousands of transactions, he knows what it takes to get deals done. He has been a presenter at many real estate associations and conferences around the county and is the author of The 45 Day Investor a book dedicated to helping new investors buy their first property in 45 days or less. He has been interviewed and quoted in the Denver Post, the Las Vegas Review Journal, Forbes, and Yahoo Real Estate.
After serving four years in the US Army, Kevin earned a degree in Finance. He began his career in banking while attending school and later started his first real estate investment company, which is still active today.
Over the years, Kevin and his companies have closed over 2,000 transactions as a buyer, seller, or private lender. He formed Pine Financial Group, Inc. in 2008 which has access to more than $95 million in private capital, and has become one of the most recognized hard money lenders in each market it operates in.
Kevin spent two years working on Wall Street as a mortgage bond analyst while starting his career as a real estate investor and lender. He has had over 19 years of experience as a real estate investor and 16 years in real estate finance.
