Anthony Verch
Anthony Verch is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate investor, and licensed general contractor with over a decade of experience in construction, property development, and business operations. He began his career restoring classic muscle cars before founding HC Revolutions, Inc. and later Mastery Builders, Inc., with projects that include single-family renovations, new construction, subdivisions, and multi-family, as well as long- and short-term rental properties.
From 2017 to 2025, Anthony was the owner of the Minnesota Real Estate Club, where he educated and mentored hundreds of investors while fostering strong industry partnerships. In 2019, he was sworn in as a City Councilman for Hampton, Minnesota, reflecting his commitment to leadership both in business and in the community.
Today, Anthony is a partner in the MAVJAM Group, where he focuses on operational systems, strategic growth, and organizational excellence across a diversified portfolio that includes retail and convenience stores, gas stations, mini-storage facilities, and a global chemical manufacturing company. Known for his practical insight, creative problem-solving, and results-driven leadership, Anthony brings real-world experience and actionable strategies to every audience he serves.
Corey Wright
Corey Wright is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Legacy Wealth Group, a nationwide community helping investors scale through education, tools, and real-world connections. He has completed 250+ personal real estate investing transactions and multiple seven-figure luxury flips while building one of the fastest-growing investor ecosystems in the Midwest. Through the Legacy Center, Corey is creating physical hubs where investors collaborate, learn, and do business. His mission is simple: help everyday people build generational wealth through smart real estate investing.
Mike Jacka
Mike Jacka has been investing and working in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and has experience in all aspects of single family residential real estate. Starting out as a handyman, then getting his real estate license in 1992 to becoming a real estate broker and ultimately starting and running one of the largest and most successful REIA’s (Real Estate Investors Associations) in the country.
Mike has bought and sold hundreds of properties all over the country and in Canada as well as represented several hundred people over the years with a real estate license.
As an investor, Mike has been a landlord, rehabber, wholesaler and a private lender. Currently Mike specializes in structuring creative seller financing deals including Subject To, Lease Options, Contract for Deeds and Wrap Around Mortgages.
Nikita Zhitov
Nikita Zhitov is a commercial real estate investor and developer, based out of Raleigh, NC. Nikita began his career in real estate at the age of 18 when he acquired his first apartment building while still in high school. Since the beginning of his investment career, Nikita has acquired and/or developed hundreds of properties in the continental United States as well as overseas. His experience in the industry includes renovations of historic landmarks, ground-up construction of mixed-use multifamily projects, land entitlements, adaptive reuse of retail and industrial buildings, build-to-suit and ground lease transactions with national retailers, residential subdivision developments, condo conversions, and luxury housing construction.
In addition to his investments, Nikita has completed over 500 brokerage transactions earning a prestigious CCIM, SIOR and ALC designations. Nikita is the published author of an industry-specific book on commercial real estate – “Expandability of Investment Real Estate”. Nikita is a graduate of a prestigious North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics where endowed research program in Quantum Physics in 2024.
In 2022, Zhitov founded the Nikita Zhitov Foundation for Real Estate Education a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization that selects from student applicants to offer academic scholarship awards and pay for real estate training for North Carolina high school seniors to obtain their North Carolina broker’s license. In addition to mentoring and paying for commercial real estate school and licensing, the foundation offers a full scholarship to a selected student to attend an in-state college or university with a real estate business major or concentration.
Nikita is a recognized local business leader, philanthropist, and a motivational speaker. Nikita and his wife Kristina are young parents of two young kids, Lilya(3.5) and Timur (1). Nikita’s hobbies include spending time with family, meditation, reading, tennis, horseback riding, and classical music. Nikita is a private pilot and is fluent in Russian and English.
