Ken Blevins brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, and default management. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles with Matrix Asset Management and PMH Financial, where he managed large-scale institutional REO disposition contracts for clients including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, CitiFinancial, and GMAC Mortgage. Overseeing the resolution of more than $10 billion in institutionally owned assets, Ken developed deep expertise in REO management, bulk acquisitions, and distressed asset recovery, which he continues to leverage in his career.

In 2013, Ken assumed leadership of Metrowest Real Estate Services, where he directed a team focused on residential real estate sales for retail buyers and sellers as well as corporate and institutional owners. With a foundation in marketing, real estate, and finance from Temple University, he has also personally acquired, renovated, and sold over 20 residential properties, providing him with firsthand insight into fix-and-flip investing and a practical perspective that he brings to every client and partnership.
