When you think about Airbnb, you think of a house next to a beach, resort, or in the mountains for skiing. It can definitely be hard trying to get into the market though, because it is so desirable for everyone. If you’re going to invest in Airbnb properties, don’t look for the usual suspects. Some cities that appear to be great tourist spots can be duds if home prices are too high or there’s an ample supply of affordable hotels.
