The Video I Had To Share

I was looking at a real estate finance blog this morning and came across this video.  I absolutely loved the video and wanted to share it with you.  It is an autistic man singing the National Anthem at a baseball game. He starts to struggle and you can see the thousands of American people reach out to help him.  Normally you see this in truly trying times like the recent tornadoes, other national disasters, or tourist attacks.

Although I strongly believe that each person makes up their own personally economy, I also believe there are certain factors out of our control.  Many good, hard working people in this country are truly struggling.  We are not supposed to call it a depression but if you look at the definition it is clear that is what we are in.  We are supposed to be coming out of this but it is sometimes difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I think that if we can get credit to loosen up and restore some confidence we will see more homes sales which will lead us to our recovery.  I say if we can get credit to loosen because we can.  Well, maybe we can’t but there are people in this country that can make that happen.  Why is it that thousands of Americans can stick together and help out a struggling autistic man sing a song but our government can’t stick together to lead us to our recovery?  Are we not in trying times? This is not a jab at either party because I believe that neither party is working together.  Sometimes they both seem so far apart and seem to have different political agendas.   Please come to together and stop the onslaught of regulation, let business’ run themselves, and do what you can to encourage banks to start lending.  This will surely create jobs, consumer confidence, and home buyers.
